Just like the UK,these products are sold in the major Department stores.
If you purchase the Orlando Sentinel on a Sunday,the paper is full of offers.

Clinque products are available at the outlet malls. They are sold at Premium outlet in the perfume shops and at very discount prices compared to the UK. They also seem to do a lot of kits/packs.
Not an expert but i've brought them back as presents.

Dawn bought some at Sanford duty free as they were cheaper than the dept stores and had bonus offer.

Saks @ Florida Mall and other stores there too. Get the paper if you can as they sometimes have an offer on in one store and not another (DW will know all about Clinique Bonus')!. Duty free is really good, but, you do risk not getting all the things you want :d:

I like Macy's and Bloomingdales for this and usually chekc them out at the Mall @ Millenia to see which one has the best offer on. There are also other departments store which do it e.g JC Penney etc but I usually end up in Macy's. Thye often give lots of free samples as well.
