That looks pretty good. Will there be kids with you ? if so, you may want more time at MK, I'd also try to fit in at least another half day at Epcot - maybe pencil in a couple of evenings at each ? or do one on the 2nd, as you may be ready to leave the waterpark after 4/5 hrs. We are at mgm on the 1st as well :)

Hi don't forget about the food and drink festival at Epcot as Ali says leave some time for wondering around World Showcase grazing from food stall and wine tastings. The water parks can get busier at the weekends even in October and watch the weather channel on TV in your room each morning and plan accordingly.

Looks good though, I cannot believe how many Dibbers are going in Oct/Nov this year. See you there.

Looks good, all the essentials included.
You might want to do a bit of shopping on the first evening so you have stocked up on the essentials, drinks, snacks, suncream etc that you will need for the parks. The shops are generally open in the evenings until 9 or 10 o'clock so you could shop a bit more another evening too.
Another suggestion would be to split up Busch, Daytona and KSC with a rest day or water park day as that is quite a lot of driving on consecutive days.
How about a character breakfast on your last morning, we did this last year and it was a nice way to end the holiday.
