Steve,
Kraken is one of the best rollercoaster rides I've ever been on, it's so smooth and the anticipation to the first drop as you climb what seems an endless first hill is awesome. Love it and cant wait to sample it again.

Absolutely, awesome . . our DD Verity was devastated and in tears when we first went on because she was half inch too small and they were very strict about height. So when we went a few days later, she wore her platform shoes and went straight on to the front row - wicked
She loved it .

Brilliant photos Steve - but I'm with Julie, don't think I'll be going on it, as I'm too much of a wuss .

Kraken is brilliant - especially the front row.

The theming and surrounding areas could be better, but it doesn't detaract from the ride though.

On my must do list for October.

Can't wait though usually I have my eyes closed all the way round a roller coaster 'cos I don't like heights # #. #. #But I still have to go on them at least once . Thanks for the pictures they are great.

We did this front the front row as well.

I must say the Dragon Khan in Salou is pretty near, that is supposed to be 8 loops!! . ,

Great pictures Steve. This is my favourite ride in Orlando. Riding up front is just wonderful. I have to say that after riding Air at Alton Towers that Kraken has just nudged into second place on my list of all time favourite rides.
I'll be on it in three weeks time. . .

Fantastic pics Dave.

Tracy - I'm desperate to go to Alton Towers and taste Air, Nemesis and Oblivion (think DW wants to visit the shops and the gardens, bless)

I would suggest getting there before opening and heading straight for Air to pick up a FP. We did this and managed to ride it twice in succession. Later in the day the wait time was 180 minutes. Have a brilliant time.

Great pics, I am looking forward to Kraken as it was not built the last itme we were in Orlando. That first drop looks a bit extreme though - reminds me of Oblivion (which I was not so sure that I liked).

Tracy,

....and just to rub it in for Steve....we'll be staying on-site so we get Early Entry to the park.

Luckily, we have DDs in tow, so they'll take the pics and look after the bags.

You lucky things, I've always wanted to stay on site. Even more so now I know they do early entry. They also do child swap on the big rides. You have to get a card from Guest Relations.
Have a brilliant time.
I'll just have to console myself with the thought that I'll be in Orlando in 2 weeks time.
