July - 2nd Draft

Hi this is our Itinerary for July 2nd - 23rd. It is a lot but we like busy holidays. We are staying at Pop Century and dont have a car. What do you think?

Day One

Arrive 2.50pm at Sanford and transfer booked to Pop
Chill out the rest of the day - unpack and have a look around the resort.

Day Two

EMH at MGM Studios - stay until 2pm.
Back to the hotel to chill - pool etc
Head for AK for 5.00pm and stay until evening EMH ends

Day Three - Independence Day

EMH at MK - stay until 3pm
Back to Pop to chill and swim
Go back to MK at about 6pm and take in the 4th July feeling - stay till 11pm

Day Four

Character Stitch Breakfast booked for 8.10pm
After this head to Epcot and stay until 4pm - back to Pop to chill
Head for EMH at MGM and stay very late!!!!

Day Five

Lie in as we stayed up late at MGM.
Laze about the hotel till about noon
Head down the 192 - shopping, Wendy's burgers and Krispy Kremes.
Head back for 5pm to the Hotel
EMH at Epcot at night

Day Six

EMH at Blizzard Beach - still till 4pm.
Back to Pop to chill
Head for MK for EMH and stay late.

Day Seven

Lie in - up late at MK
Head down the 192 - breakfast at Perkins, mini-golf and more shopping
Head back to hotel - then on to AK till it closes.

Day Eight

EMH at Typhoon Lagon - Stay till 4pm
Head back to Pop to chill
Down the 192 at night - dinner at Wildside

Day Nine

EMH at MGM - stay until 4pm
Head back to Pop to relax
EMH at AK at night - stay till closing

Day Ten

Booked one night at the Hard Rock Hotel -get there early to check in and get ride access key
Universal Studios till 3pm - Lunch at Hard Rock Cafe and then back to pool for few hours at Hard Rock Hotel
Back to Universal from 7pm to 10pm.

Day Eleven

Islands of Adventures - stay all day and get Mears bus back to Pop.

Day Twelve

EMH at MK - stay till 3.00pm
Head back to Pop to relax
EMH at Epcot at night - stay till closing

Day Thirteen

Busch Gardens Day - transfer from Seaworld - back to Pop at night - around 7.30pm.

If time maybe head over to MK for a wee while.

Day Fourteen

EMH at AK - stay until 3.00pm
Head back to Pop to chill
Typhoon Lagoon EMH at night - stay till closing

Day Fifteen

EMH at Epcot - stay till 4pm
Downtown disney from 5pm - 11pm - shopping, dinner, disneyquest (yeah)

Day Sixteen

EMH at MGM - stay until 3pm
Head back to Pop to chill
Reservation at Rainforest Cafe at AK at 5pm
Stay at AK for EMH

Day Seventeen

Seaworld all day - from park opening till it closes - Mears Transport back to Pop

Day Eighteen

Wet N Wild Day - go for opening and stay till 4.00pm
Back to Pop to relax
EMH at MGM at night

Day Nineteen

Day on I Drive - shopping, golf, dinner, museums.

Day Twenty

EMH at MGM - booking at SCI-FI Diner at 12.50pm
Stay here till 4pm
Back to pop to relax
EMH at MK - stay till closing

Day Twenty-One

Blizzard Beach EMH - stay till 4pm
MK on last night till park closes

Day Twenty - Two

Epcot for EMH - for 3 hours
Pick up noon to go home - noooooooooooooooo

Yes, sounds good. I like a busy holiday too. only have 2 weeks this year (same time as you) 9 - 23 July so i have to cram it into 14 days. Will be there on same EMH's.

There are a few days where we stay in the parks until closing time, and also getting there for opening ceremony. We hope that by mixing this with times when we arrive/leave midday we will experience as much as possible....that's the plan anyway!!!

Hi . I was interested in your itinerary as we are flying out of Glasgow on the
3rd July and return on 24th so we are going to be there at the same time as you. The thing that occured to me though is your plans for 4th July with your intention of returning to MK later in the day. We have been in MK on 4th July (and will be again this year :spin: ) and it is not unusual for them to close the gates as the park frequently reaches capacity on that day. In other words you might not get back in. Staying on site will not make any difference once they close the park - no one gets in.

We intend to stay all day which we know will be tiring. However I have ADRs for a late breakfast and then for dinner at Crystal Palace before the fireworks which hopefully will allow us to recharge our batteries somewhat by breaking up the day a little. It will be the only day I envisage staying all day in one park. Incidentally we have family joining us the following day (5th) coming from - Dundee :smile:

Just thought you should know. I would hate you missing the amazing atmosphere in MK later in the day. Oh, one other thing, getting out of MK on 4th at the end of the day is a bit of a trial although the memories of the day make it bearable (for us anyway) although I have read threads elsewhere which disagree.
