This is what I put on another thread when I got our cruise last month:
Phone Number 001 407 939 7529
Ring a day before to first listen to message to see what numbers you have to press during this call and to confirm exactly what day to ring.
Check on Web exact time
Start calling at 11-55am
As soon as you hear "...........OUR OFFICE" hang up and hit redial
When you get through hit the numbers you need to, mine were: 3,2, our telephone number minus the first o followed by hash key (they call it pound),1,1. Do not wait for them to finish sentence just hit the numbers straightway.
As soon as CM answered ask for "Speciality Cruise for Epcot Illuminations" and whatever date you want. You will know if you have secured one if they ask how many in your party.
