Hiya all.............I have just purchased a couple of 7 day Magic your way tickets and Dixie's stampede dinner tickets from www.undercovertourist.com and as your paying in dollars I got the lot for £262 which turned out at $1.89 to the £ with no charges and shipping included also they claim it's real tickets you get no vouchers , so fingers crossed should be with me in a weeks time.....:grin:

I always use undercovertourist.com, they're really good, reasonable and you get your 'real' tickets within a few days of ordering.

We have used Undercover Tourist before with no problems. And, yes, you do get real tickets :)

Hi. I'm a little confused by the pricing on undercovertourist.

If you look at the price for the tickets in Dollars and then change over to the price in sterling it tells you what the conversion rate is. However when you select your tickets and go to checkout the price is not at the stated exchange rate. Not everything you see is gold!!!

We display the correct (interbank rate).

Prices
The price you will be CHARGED in GBP will often be at least 2% LESS than the price we DISPLAY in GBP (and for other non US$ currencies).

i.e. British Pounds (GBP) displayed prices include a 2% safety margin. We do not know exactly what your credit card or debit card will CHARGE you for the transaction, it varies from bank to bank, card to card.

The discrepancy between the exchange rate displayed and the british pounds price we display is due to the fees that your bank, debit card will charge you (we do NOT know this fee).

So you will always pay less than the prices we display in GBP.

Does it expalin the exchange rate like that on your website?
Maybe it would be worth adding that incase anyone else is confused by the exchange rate.

Your rates are still the cheapest and we will be booking our tickets with you now you have given me that explanation.

We mention in 2 places, that our displayed prices are approx 2% higher than they should turn out. We do NOT explain why i.e. the discrepancy between rate and your card fees. You are quite right, we should explain it better.

"We guaranatee you will pay no more than £ 213.72 - the price you pay can be up to 2% less than this."

How are the Exchange Rates calculated?
Tax INCLUDED in all prices, no hidden fees, the price you pay can be up to 2% less than shown!
We guarantee that you will pay no more than the prices we display.

I think we will add an explanation on each page of the cart. We do not want people thinking we are pulling a fast one!
