Upgrading tickets

I bought my tickets on the internet a while back, 14 day ultimate tickets direct from Disney. I am now thinking about upgrading them to the 21 day ultimate tickets. Is this a simple process that can be done over the phone to disney or will it involve sending back/receiving new tickets?? The biggest worry I have is the time scale as I only have just over 2 weeks before I go.

Did you buy them direct from Disney? If so contact them and ask what is the best thing to do, you may be better waiting to upgrade when you get there if you haven't much time to send them back and receive new tickets.

highlander, I just arrived home from "offshore" on Tuesday night so first thing on Wednesday I phoned them and the deal was done with no problems at all!! :erm: :erm: I had to return the old tickets(as I had not signed them they could use them again) and they will send out the new tickets recorded delivery once they receive the old ones. I honestly did not think it could be done so easily and quickly.:thumbs-up :thumbs-up
So I now have 21 days of disney to look forward to:tiggerbou :mickeybou

the tickets were bought direct from disney approx 2 months ago and I had actually deleted my confirmation email:blush: :blush: as I had received my tickets. But the lady on the other end of the phone (Madelina) was brilliant and found my original order within 2 minutes sorted me out with the new ones and also guaranteed my tickets to be here within 2 days of them receiving the 14 day ones back, sent them back as a special delivery and disney are sending out the 21 day tixs recorded delivery. Yet again Disney have come up trumps when it comes to customer service:thumbs-up :thumbs-up
