just wondered what blackout dates mean ive got 14 day ultimate universal tickets hope these blackout dates mean we cant use them going 30th june til 15 july;)

Blackout dates are dates when the pass isn't valid for admission. This applies to Universal Power Passes, not 14 day Ultimate tickets, they are for Disney :confused2 Disney tickets do not have blackout dates.

Do you mean the power pass?
If so most of the time you are there is blacked out. You can use the tickets on the time, you can use your tickets on the 1st, 2nd, 7th, 8th and 9th.

14 days unlimited pass to universal studios and universal island of adventures from a uk ticket site. it surely must be that i will be able to use my tickets on the blackout days because i beleive thats for the annual pass

It sounds like you have purchased a 2 week Universal ticket and not an Annual Pass. These tickets have no blackout dates - enjoy :)
