Hi all,
The last time i went to wdw, was 10 years ago when i was 13yr. now im 23 and me and my girl where planning 2 weeks next april 2007, but could not wait, so i have 1 week holidays left at work.
we have decided as a taste, to go 23rd june. 4 7 nights. and i need to pick what parks to see. need help.
any ideas whats best to see and do in 7 days.
was thinking, trying to get 2 parks done in a day. like BB water park in the morning and then heading over to MK for the afternoon and evening etc...
so this is how ive planned in my head, comments welcome.
Day 1 - land in orlando about 15.15. get to hotel and then out for something to eat and mayby shopping.
Day 2- Wet n Wild in the morning, then about 1pm over to sea world till 9pm
Day 3- Universal IOA for the day / mayby universal aswell (dont know)
Day 4- rest and shopping for the lady etc.....
Day 5- BB water park till 1/ then over to Mk till 10pm (fireworks)
Day 6- Busch Gardens or AK (tough choice)
Day 7 - pack up and head for home flight about 17.00pm
not alot of time, but it beats waiting till april 2007.
cheers

Hi what tickets do u have?, if u can park hop the day u have BG/AK I'd go for AK, then Studios, then Epcot for eats and illuminations, if u get to Ak at opening u and use fast passes u should be out by 2pm, then studios till clossing for fantasmic or leave studios to epcot grab a bite to eat for watching illuminations ;)

7 day passes would probably be best, they would let you park hop, and as far as I have been able to see, are cheaper to buy here:D Would try 1 day at Typhoon Lagoon, instead of BB - that way you try them both. Its a long day out, travelling to Busch, so I would go AK for the early part of the day, then head towards MGM for Fantasmic:D Epcot is a fantastic park too - if your going back for two weeks next year, I would be really tempted to leave Universal and wet n' wild till then, (and get a flexi park ticket that would cover both Universal, wet n wild and SeWorld) and have the day at Epcot instead - the cost of that is included on your 7 day tickets, and tickets for just one day in Universal are pricey - especuially if its busy, as you now have to pay for their equivalent of Fast Passes or it seems, risk spending a lot of time in lines:(
Good luck and happy planning:D

Hi if u are returning within the year ( just going by the april 2007 comment) I'd buy the Universal AP's two years for price of one, also get either but non expiry Disney tix or buy the 7 day tix here and upgrade for $60 to non expiry while there, u can buy Wet and Wild Aps for $50 only for use mon-fri

If you exchange your seaworld 1 day ticket for the 7 day free upgrade you could head to Seaworld on your last day for a few hours. We did that this time and still made the believe show etc before heading to the airport.
Or nip in to a disney park if you get a 7 day pass. You may aswell make every day count if you're there for 7. If you get the 7 day disney you could swap Wet wild for Blizzard or typhoon and save a bit of cash.

I agree
Would miss out Wet & Wild and do a Disney park as inc in your pass, save money and i personnaly think Disneys water parks win hands down, esp for the wee one.
Def consider getting a 5 or 7 day Disney pass. Look at this site for ticket options. (usa site) http://www.allearsnet.com/pl/ticket.htm#2
This site has a special offer on the 5 day ticket. 7 days for price of 5. (uk site) http://www.attraction-tickets-direct.co.uk/orlando-florida.htm
I have done a quick intinery of another way to do the parks and im sure others will have their ideas too. Just thought it might be helpful to see. Def use the hopper option.
Day 1 - If you had a 5 or 7 day pass, i would prob land and then check in to hotel before heading of to Magic Kingdom for dinner, parade and fireworks. Magic for me starts there and is also lets you get some rides etc out the way for the rest of your days.
Day 2 - i would poss do BB or Typhoon till about 2 then pop over to Animal Kingdom till closing, then maybe DTD at night or head to see Illuminations at epcot or Fantasmic at MGM
Day 3 - sounds good, If your heading back soon. Consider doing just one of the parks. IOA is great.
Day 4 - Rest day, sounds good too but i would shop will around 3ish then head to MGM or epcot, whichever you didnt do on day 2. If MGM then i would possisbly get a fantasmic package. Good live shows in MGM the we one might like, Beauty and Beast etc.
Day 5 - Water park till lunch then Sea World.
Day 6 - Ask DD what she liked best and re visit park and also a must for me would be to finish in MK for parades and Wishes before heading home next day.
Day 7 - pack, swim in pool then head to airport.
I prob wouldnt opt for Busch as AK is much better i feel. Great Lion KIng show. Also with only a short stay its a fair distance to travel. If you desp wanted to go, i would leave it for next visit.
