Oh dear changes to FOTL, to reduce congestion they are cutting this to allow one use of the express line per hour for each attraction. I believe from the article on the DIS universal boards that this is per attraction, ie you could go on hulk and then spiderman OK but could then not return to hulk for an hour. I believe they scan your cards, possibly starting end month

On the face of it, seems fair enough to me - 1 ride per hour.

With the new hotel opening, I think this was expected.
Still a good perk though.
