Hi guys

Virgin issue vouchers which have to be exchanged at Guest Services for actual tickets. If you want to make sure you get tickets, check out www.tickettruth.co.uk

It will tell you who issues vouchers and who issues tickets

Try also www.undercovertourist.com - we used them last year and you get real tickets with them. Also, their customer service is excellent and the tickets are delivered within a couple of days :)

We used Virgin with 10% for our recent trip and it wasnt much of a bother to queue up at Guest Services and get them changed into tickets.

Hi,

Thanks for posting that hollycornell, I was getting really concerned as everyone keeps on about 'real tickets'. We have paid £121.50 with VH for our 5 park flexiticket. That is approx £10 cheaper than most, as there are 6 of us I don't mind going to Guest Services on our first visit. ;)
