How Much Spending Money?

We are going to Tenerife for a week in August staying at the Hollywood Mirage Resort, Los Christianos. 2 adults & 2 children. It is self catering but are not intending on any cooking. Don't really know much about Tenerife and what there is to do there, ideally hoping for a really quiet lazy week but haven't got a clue on how much spending money to budget for? Any ideas or advice will be gratefully received!

we went in january 2005 this was only for 4days and spent around £600.there was 2ad and 2ch this was on a half board basis.we went on a trip to loro park which was basically a glorified zoo but it was very good,the kids loved it!hope this helps

We have been to los cristianos for a week SC and there was 2 adults and 2 kids and we spent £700 (we did buy perfume and a camera for £70).

We found Tenerife quite expensive (compared to Florida anyway) on a week half board we spent over £500 just on lunches, ice creams, drinks and snacks and a trip to the water park by taxi.

We have an apartment in lanzarote, so eat out all the time. Don't know if Tenerife is the same, but we always spend more than in Florida.
