Have a nosey at mine (looooong post)

Hey everyone.

I dont normally do these but always make ADR's etc and have some kinda plan. So thought this year id write it all down, plus it lets you folks whos itinerary i have commented on, get your own back :tounge: I have made 2 that are sligtly different.

OK, 14 days to the most magical place on earth on July 9th with TCD from Glasgow until July 23rd, staying at Disneys Coronado Springs Resort.

Taking with me my DH (age unknown but slightly balding lol) Me - 33 but thinks she 20 and DS age 14 going on 24 and his pal age 14 going on 24 also. DS age 16 is doing a Kevin and refusing to come and staying with gran and the dogs. What fun ! he did ask to stay home alone but you can imagine my reply ! :nonono:

Ok so here it is people, please feel free to demolish :d:

Itinerary 1

Sun 9th - Arrive at CSR at around 8.15pm. Quick wash then dinner in Inter Dr. Then back to Hotel

Mon 10th - Chef Mickeys 8am then monorail to MK.
Full day in MK

Tues 11th - Breakfast in Hotel then head to AK for opening.
Leave after all rides done. Swim in pool then Epcot for EMH’s

Wed 12th - Blizzard Beach leaving around 4 then MGM for dinner & EMH’s

Thurs 13th - Universal Islands of Adventure Full Day
Character Breakfast Reservation to be made. 14 days in advance

Fri 14th - Epcot Full Day
Dinner Res at Rose & Crown for 8pm

Sat 15th - Universal Studios Full day

Sun 16th - Typhoon Lagoon, Dinner Planet Hollywood, Magic Kingdom EMH’s

Mon 17th - MGM EMH, Full Day MGM
Dinner Sci Fi Diner at 6.30pm

Tues 18th - Islands of Adventure Full Day

Wed 19th -Breakfast on Int Dr , Sea Wolrd Full Day

Thurs 20th - Universal to ride all fav rides (last day of pass)
dinner in Animal Kingdom for EMH’s

Fri 21st - breakfast in hotel then pool
Florida Mall
Downtown Disney
Dinner at Raglan Road Pleasure Island (make reservations)
Boardwalk for Dessert at Beaches & Cream & catch Water Peagent

Sat 22nd -AK EMH
Hop to Boys choice
Dinner then MK for parade and wishes. Then cry

Sun 23rd - Cry on wakening last day, so up early
Breakfast Int Dr
Water Park of choice to relax
Shower and change, leave park at 3pm
Be at airport for 4.30.

Itinerary 2

Sun 9th July - Hotel for 8.15 ish
Possible MK for EMH’s. Dinner there

Mon 10th July - Chef Mickeys for 8am Res
Monorail to MK, do all major rides
Leave for swim at pool
Then AK for EMH

Tues 11th - Breakfast in Hotel then MGM
Leave MGM in afternoon
Swim or freshen at hotel
Epcot for EMH’s, have dinner there or eat around the world !

Wed 12th -Blizzard Beach, Leave around 4
Diiner on Int Dr or in MGM
MGM for EMH’s

Thurs 13th - IOA Full Day
Make Res for Character Breakfast, Around 10ish. Will let us Do Hulk and Spiderman before we eat

Fri 14th - Boys chioice
Epcot for Dinner 8pm Rose & Crown

Sat 15th - Universal Studios Full Day

Sun 16th - Typhoon Lagoon, Dinner Planet Hollywood, MK EMH’s


Mon 17th - Breakfast in Park
MGM EMH, full day here, Dinner res at Sci Fi Diner at 6.30pm

Tues 18th - IOA full day ? Dinner on City Walk

Wed 19th - Breakfast Int Dr, Sea World

Thur 20th - Half Day by pool
Dinner on Int Dr or in AK
AK for EMH’s

Fri 21st - Florida Mall
Downtown Disney
Dinner at Raglan Road Irish Bar, PI (make reserv)
Nght up to boys
Possible Disney Quest ?

Sat 22nd - Day up to boys
MK at night for last see Parade and Wishes

Sun 23 - Cry cause its last day
Check out early.
Hop Parks & do all Fav rides (AK is EMH in Morning)
Leave parks by 3pm to be at airport for 4.30pm

As you can see some days much the same, looking foward to comments. Be gentle. Also, i know its busy but we love the parks and get fed up lazing about. Like to be active. Also DH and DS want to golf so will have to jiggle about but i might shop alone while they do that and meet back up. Also have family in Daytona who are expecting a visit ?!?!?!?! Where do i fit it in casue i risk upsetting them if i dont go :cry:

I think any itinerary is good.it shows you've sat down and thought loads about your holiday.I know a family who flew out last thursday and they never even knew they got a meal on the plane

Both look good, though I prefer 2 ( but I would say that cos it's similar to mine :D ) you could squeeze Daytona into your 2nd IOA day of itinerary one - if you just had a couple of hours at IOA then went on to Daytona, or leave IOA on that day & squeeze it into your 2nd US day ( so you would have 1 1/2 days at each ? ) There are always too many parks , not enough days :(

Hi just to say when u arrive, if u want a good disney fix go to DTD for dinner at Earl of sandwich, wouldn't got I-Drive as u are nowhere near it, if u are looking for offsite eating try the crossroads area at LBV closer and plenty of choices:smile:

Never tried Earl of Sandwich so might just do that. I agree Int 2 prob better than one and can adjust slightly to visit relatives in Daytona, guess i will be the driver that day as DH will prob want a nice cold beer with BBQ. Did i say they were MY relatives, been 4 year since saw them and i will be nominated driver - something wrong there :erm:

As for passes, i have the 14 day Disney pass and will make use of the EMHs as staying on Disney. I know these days can be busy but i can hit the major rides without much wait.

I have 7 day Universal passes. I did go to buy the 2 park, 3 day pass but thay have stopped doing it. This allowed you 2 parks over 3 days but now they have a 7 day pass for £69 so thought this was a good buy.

As for countdown i cant get mine to work :cry: . I have one on my desktop but thats no good. As i speak its 47 days 3 hrs 35 mins and 3 secs.

when i put my countdown details in they tell me im wrong ! ! Must go try again
