Isn't it the New Finding Nemo Coaster, that's going to part of the new Toon Studios. I believe it's a spinning coaster with a few Dark Ride elements themed around Finding Nemo.

It is part of the new Toon Studios area in between Studios and the Magic Kingdom.

The ride you saw is a Turtle Twister type roller coaster based on Finding Nemo. A roller coaster than spins and makes you fel like you are underwater. They are building a ride based on the Disney film CARS in the same area. Both are scheduled to open in 2007 along with Tower of Terror.

Here is the concept art

The new area, which has been designed exclusively for Walt Disney Studios Park, will also feature two unique attractions, both based upon Disney presentations of Pixar films.

Crush's Turtle Twister
Without doubt the key attraction of the Toon Studios project, this will be a custom-designed Maurer Söhne SC 2000 indoor spinning roller coaster based on the 2003 Pixar film Finding Nemo.

The attraction will be housed in a large soundstage with an underwater-themed facade at the front and an outdoor (albeit covered) queue line themed to an Australian pier. Guests will decend underwater into the showbuilding and board vehicles designed to resemble the sea turtles from the film. After travelling through the front of the building and taking an outside downards dip in a ghost train-style set up, the dark ride portion of the ride will begin. This short, slow-moving section will feature animated scenes from the film, with a state-of-the-art 3D projection technique allowing Nemo, Dory and co. to follow you through the scenes as if they were right before you.

A climb up through the sunken submarine lands you in trouble with the three sharks, who spark off the roller coaster section of the ride. After a series of twists, dips and turns you return to the station and the ride is over.

CARS: Radiator Springs Spinout
A tea cups-style flat ride based on the 2006 Pixar film Cars.

The queue line will be themed to the garage area of Radiator Springs, with the ride taking place in a desert / canyon themed area at the side of the Art of Disney Animation building.

Flying Carpets Over Agrabah
Constructed in 2002 for the opening of Walt Disney Studios Park, this aerial carousel attraction will be integrated into the Toon Studios area with an expansion of its oasis themed area.

More Features
There will be at least two dedicated meet 'n' greet locations within Toon Studios, with initial concepts and plans showing them to be almost identical to the Mickey's Trailer photolocation already in place in Animation Courtyard.

That looks good, we are going back to WDW in 2007 but might have to fit a DLP trip in after all the new stuff has opened up.
