Refund/reschedule?

In the event that the parks are closed due to the weather, is any compensation made? :erm:

I was also thinking about MNSSHP, if we had tickets for a certain night but the parks were closed :(

Hi Lesley, don't worry this is Disney we are talking about. We were at MNSSHP last year the night before Wilma hit and it poured down as Bob and Dawn can also vouch for. We eventually tired of wringing out our costumes and headed out of MK. On the way out I spotted a queue at Guest Services and suggested we would try a buy another couple of tickets for later in the week after Wilma. Long story short- We ended up with a choice of nights, picked the following Friday and when I reached for the old credit card the CM said NO CHARGE because it rained and spoiled your visit. We dried out the costumes and had a brilliant night the following Friday. Thank you WDW for compensating us for bad weather.
