hi

we are having trouble deciding which disney hotel to stop at.

we are going to stop 1 week in a disney hotel and then 1 week on international drive.

we can not decide between the carribean beach resort, port orleans or coronado springs resort.

there is only a slight price difference and would love any help or advice on what people thought of these hotels.

we have a dd who will be 13 and we will have a few days where we want to just chill out by the pool. our dd loves pools which have slides.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

thanks:)

Haven't stayed at any of them but Carribbean Beach looked lovely and it has 6 pools I think so plenty for your dd.

HTH a bit

We've stayed in CBR and in CSR and are going to POR next year! I think they all have advantages! The pool is great at CSR, with a better slide than at CBR.

The only one we have not stayed at is CBR...I would choose POFQ, much smaller and easier to get round, IMO

POFQ was lovely and has a great pool with dragon slide. Guests can also use the pools at POR so plenty of choice. Haven't stayed at the others so can't compare.

Hi  I have stayed at both CBR and POFQ, I loved both but would choose POFQ as its smaller and you can get the boat from DTD from there. Have you not thought of doing 3 nights at one and 4 at the other? Also I would stay on ID first before going to Disney, then you have this experience to look forward to :)

If you go for caribbean beach resort book a water view room and ask for a bay view rooms as these have the best views and tend to be less noise than the pool view rooms.
Aruba blocks 52 and 55 as well jamaica block 42 have good views particularly the 1st floor rooms.
We were in a ground floor room in jamaica 42 last year and we overlooked the bay and were only 5 mins walk over the bridge to the main complex.

What a wonderful decision to have to make, and I don't think there is actually a wrong answer. Enjoy!

We loved POFQ when we stayed there a few years back, its a nice size and has a lovely atmosphere, we also thought the boat to downtown Disney was great and a really big plus for this resort.

Havent been to CB but did stop off to have a look round CS which we decided we wouldnt stay at, for us it was just too large and spread out, depending on where you stay there could be a really long walk to the restaurant or pool.

To be honest they are all great in their own way and which ever one you chossse you wont go wrong.

Just so you know CS is also a convention centre and often have meetings being held there.
