Race Rock, Olive Garden, Bahama Breeze are all on International Drive - there's also a nice restaurant at the Peabody Hotel (can't remember the name - but I'm sure somebody will in a minute)

Vito's Chop House is superb, and you'll need a Hummer to pick you up after you've had one of their chops - nothing else will be up to the task!

Bahama Breeze, Race Rock I could recommend, also very good is Fish Bones which is just off International Drive on Sand Lake Road - Fish Bones is slightly more expensive than the other 2, all the raw dishes can be viewed in the glass fronted refrigirator as you go in, and all the food is cooked on a huge open barbecue type pit - it is excellent.
You can check out the reviews on the Dibb restaurant database using the links at the top of the page, using the dining tab.

The B Line Diner at the Peabody Hotel was recommended to us by some Orlandians (is that right - some people from Orlando??) - whilst in Red Lobster, which was lovely. We also enjoyed Don Pablos, Race Rock, Bahama Breeze, Tony Romas and Olive Garden.

Theres too many to mention but we likes black angus steak house, aussie steak house, tfi fridays or whatever its called, race rock, theres a chinese which does all you can eat buffet for around £6 each, and the golden corral does all you can eat for around same price, ponderossa is excellent for breakfast, $2.50 or something like that for all you can eat.

Bahama Breeze and Cafe Tu to Tango are by far the best in my opinion - great menus and some of the best food I have ever had and there are lots of others that are just as nice but those two are my favourites! Tony Romas (Ribs are great but the Pina Coladas are the best I have ever had), Olive Garden (bread sticks that are yum), Race Rock (Exploding Onion is a must) oh and for breakfast we found Friendlys couldnt be beaten. I am sure I have put more detail in my trip reports if you are bored and fancied a read!;) I think you could eat on International Drive every evening of your holiday and you would never be bored or stuck for somewhere to go.

Sorry everyone - but if you want - Quote "really good restaurants" in the I Drive area then you have to turn west on Sand Lake Road (left at the Wyndham if you're travelling north) and drive about 1 mile to the Fountains and Plaza Venezia - there you will find top class restaurants such as -
Anaelle & Hugo
Ruth's Chris Steak House
The Melting Pot
Moon Fish
Bonefish Grill
Roy's
Seasons 52
Timpano
and also Christini's in Dr Phillips Marketplace
these are all VERY good restaurants, not cheap, but you won't be disappointed.
One's of particular note on I Drive are :-
Tony Roma's
Bahama Breeze
Fishbones (just opposite the Wyndham on Sand Lake)
Jacks Place (in the Rosen Plaza)
Café Tu Tu Tango
and I like Red Lobster, though some don't
Hope that helps . . . :cool2:

and if you are on a budget but want a blow out all of the 'cheaper places' mentioned before are worth going but to my favourite for quality and value was bennigans had meal dessert, beers, cocktail and my husband had the same which was ribs n steak with sides ,wine, cocktail drink, and the four kids had meals/ coke drinks, dessert and it came to just under $100.
money well spent in my opinion and if we ever go again to florida it will be bennys all the ;) time!!

2 not mentioned as yet, but both are excellent IMHO:
Chilis near the Midway arcade http://www.chilis.com/
Uno Chicago Grill opposite Ripleys Believe it or Not http://www.unos.com/
Fantastic food, great service and both very reasonable (example around $45 for 4 adults)
Oh boy I'm hungry now :D

We loved Olive Garden the cheesecake was to die for. The children loved Race Rock.
I defy anyone to eat a starter and a main course anywhere on I drive even the children shared meals!!!

Although the food was well presented I was not impressed by the meal at all.
Not to mention that when the table was cleared after our main meal they took away the bottle of wine (still with wine in it). The waitress was obviously learning on the job. I ve been to better restaurants.

Chilis is fantastic! We also enjoyed Dennys as a family. Had a bad experience with Sizzler though - undercooked bloody chicken.....yuck!
