Has anybody stayed at this hotel? Just found it on British Airways hotel website at £72 for us both including full breakfast.
Can I get a hoppa bus to and from the airport or is it close enough to get a taxi without paying a fortune?
Thanks for any help

we stayed there in oct last year before we went to LA,we had an executive room and found it a great hotel ,it had just been refurbished so everything was brand new. it does get busy ,the night we stayed a whole cancelled jumbo full of people were checking in from a south african airways flight.the restuarant looked good, although sadly we didnt try it ,went for a walk and ended up in a grotty pub opposite the hotel ,the food was awful stear well clear and stick to the hotel but yes id recommend it to anyone id stay there again without hesitation ,we got a taxi in the morning and although its only a very short trip they still charge £10 but easier than getting the bus lol i booked through this company give them a try http://www.holidayextras.co.uk/

We have booked to stay there in July through Holiday Extras.

We paid £113 for three people in a family room including dinner. Never stayed there before so fingers crossed

We stayed here last month Rio. We had an extremely nice room, reminded us of a 'boutique' style. Had an LCD TV in the room, electric window shutters etc, all soundproof. We didn't try the restaurant, ate in the airport instead as it was a 9.30am flight.

The Hoppa bus seemed to be too much hassle with all our bags so we asked the concierge to pre-book a taxi, cost us £10 including the tip. Remember if you park your car here you will need to get the Hoppa or a taxi back again.

I would definately use this hotel again. We paid £126 for room + 16 days parking.

I don't drive so don't need the parking. I tried Holiday Extras but it worked out more expensive. The thing that interests us is the swimming pool, gives us something to do as I expect theres nowhere round about to go to.
I think I will book it as its the cheapest I've found.
Just need to book the coach to the airport now and I get 10% off National Express as an M&S employee!!!
Thanks for your replies.

My parents stayed here after their flight to China was delayed by 24 hours. They were very happy with it!

We hope its better than the Hilton as we were not impressed by the pokey little rooms, but to be fair, they do a cracking breakfast!!!
Just noticed, I'll miss lots of Wimbledon...YYYYEEEEESSSSS!!!!!!!!...lol.
