£70 extra for a week at Pop sounds reasonable, I'd have gone for that and split up your stay. You could arrange your Disney days for the week you were onsite and take advantage of EMH to get more time in the parks.
A split stay is really not much hassle, we did 3 resorts on our last trip.
You did? I must say I think that is a pretty good deal and staying on site is a wonderful experience. BTW I always split my holiday between I Drive and Disney. We dont have a car and it is no hassle at all

i wouldv'e gone for it too, but clarion is a lovely hotel, we stayed there last time but this time we are 'on site'.
I would have gone for it- worth it for the extra magic hours etc- plus I love POP!
i too would have taken 1 week Pop and 1 week offsite. We have done this before and it was a great option for non-drivers

We're splitting our time between i-drive and Disney for the first time when we go next, I'd been wanting to do this for some time so I would've jumped at the opportunity! However, each to their own!

Have stayed at the Clairon but Pop is fantastic and I think I would definitely split the weeks, best of both worlds!

Same here - we have stayed at the Clarion and there is no comparison to staying on site. Is it too late to call them back

Have stayed off site before and on-site last couple of times. As non-driver on-site at Disney make such good sense. Would have jumped at the opportunity for a week at Pop Century for an additional £70.00

Have to say I would have taken them up on the offer as well - there's nothing like staying on site to really experience the magic, plus you get the extra magic hours, the free transport everywhere and the unique Disney theming at Pop Century.
