Your first evening you might not be up to much more than dinner before you need to get to bed, maybe you can also plan another evening at CityWalk if you feel you haven't seen it all.
Also - no shopping!?!

yes these are just basic guidelines so that we make sure we have covered all the attractions
obviously some of them arent full days so we will squeeze in shopping /sightseeing/rest inbetween these
