I know some of us have only just started but lets use this thread to let everyone know how we're doing.
Today it's day 8 for me and an up day, yay!
After 7 complete days on the plan i have weighed myself this morning and...
i have lost 6lbs! I am so pleased!
I know with any 'diet' you tend to do well in the first week but i don't think iv'e ever done as well as that before so i'm hoping for at least 3 next week
