Myra, just be careful, i'd worry about doing two days in a row. Can you not split them up? I feel it would be easier to do it that way.
Little update on me

Sorry i haven't been around much.
Have stuck rigidly to the plan, day on, day off... and am now just about 10lbs lighter so am very pleased. Have been going to the gym and trying to get exercise in on up days too. Am finding that my calorie counting every day(on my fitness pal) it works so much better so i don't go ridiculously mad on up days.
