After many years of holidaying in a villa, we found there was only two of us, so opted for a two bed in the Grand Villas phase.
What a gem, roomy, clean, basic kitchen supplies supplied. No had sell, from the timeshare element, messages left, when gound works going on, and from house keeping. Noise levels minimal, staff very polite and helpful, and a good slection of things to do onsite.
Only criticism would be the internet connect, I don't mind paying, but if I do, I expect it to be of a certain standard, and allow me full and fast use.

Good hotel overall, superb location, close to the I4 and only a stones throw away from Disney. Only one small gripe we had was that is was quite noisey, garbage trucks came round at 05:30 every morning! little to early for a wake up call. On saying that however it was not the hotel's fault..but a little annoying all the same. Also if you stay in the older buildings there are no lifts which means 3 flights of stairs to climb which is fine if you dont have small children and a baby like we did, often it took 2 trips up and down the stairs just to unload the kids and bags etc

We stayed in the Grande Villas this time and preferred this to Phase 1. I like how all the buildings are arranged around the pools and the internal layout suited us better too. We had a 2 bedroom unit this time as there were only 3 of us. We had plenty of space and everything we needed for a comfortable stay was included in our unit.

The resort was still as well kept and clean as ever, everything worked and was all kept in pristine condition by the friendly staff. It would be very hard to find a better location and the resort is ideal for families with plenty of activities for kids.

The only niggle was again the internet access which wasn't any faster or more reliable than last time.

We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this resort and will almost certainly return.

Absolutely fantastic place. All the facilities of a villa, plus in a great location - close to loads of restaurants - walking distance to many. Ideally located to all theme parks. 5 mins to disney, 10 mins to seaworld 15 mins to US. Great not to have a long car jouney to get to the theme parks, as has been the case in some places we have stayed in. Excellent facilities at the resort - great for kids - fab pool, games room, volleyball, kids play area. Nice, clean, well equipped accomodation, and also very reasonably priced

Cannot rate this place highly enough. FAB FAB FAB

Fantastic place. Would highly recommend it to anyone. The location is superb, within easy walking distance of a number of good restaurants, namely chillis - short drive to others like Red Lobster / Bahama Breeze. Close to all the theme parks - Disney on the doorstep - only 5-10 mins to Seaworld and 15 mins to Universal. The accomodation is excellent - well maintained and really spacious - the pool area was fantastic. I can't imagine going anywhere else now.

Absolutely loved this place, we didn't have a car and yet we were very close to everything. Good restaurants in the area! Accommodation is top class. We stayed in a 3 bedroom unit and had everything in it that we could ever need. The pools are great and are open until 11 again which is great. Cant wait to go back to Cypress Point Resort

We booked Cypress Pointe Grand Villas having stayed in suites before but never here. Can highly recommend it. We had a two bedroomed suite with large living room, master ensuite with jacuzzi bath which our DS loved, nice size twin bedroom with the other bathroom beside it and well stocked with towels. Pools positioned adjacent to the suites. Very close to Disney area and the restaurants at Crossroads - and importantly near Premium outlets!

we had a 3 bed for only 4 of us but we wanted our own rooms. We LOVED this hotel. Large rooms, clean, great security, great pool for kids, brilliant location. Great price £620 for 2 weeks in August. I would definately stay here again. Full kitchen with basic housekeeping supplies. There are loads of restaurants within walking distance too. Superb, cant recommend it highly enough.

We had a 2 bed apartment in the Grande Villas complex. Apartment was lovely and spacious. 2 bed had 2 bathrooms, kitchen/diner and lounge area. Nice balcony with table and chairs on. Also there was a washer dryer. Could walk to some restaurants in LBV quite easily and not far from Downtown Disney.

We stayed here at the end of Sept 07 and thought that the resort was superb. We had a 2 bed condo which was alot larger than we expected. The facilities are fantastic and couldnt fault it in the slightest. The location is also easy to find and close to lots of restaurants and not far from Disney either!

Interesting place! Got a good deal from ebay on a 2 bedroom apartment in phase 2. Very nice apartment, decent size. Swimming pool in Phase 2 was definitely warmer than the one in Phase 1. I was disappointed wit hthe lack of maid service. We didn't get clean towels all week, fortunately there are plenty provided, and also disappointed that we had to empty out all the bins and strip the beds before we left. I have stayed in many timeshare resorts in my time and this is the first time I have ever had to do that. Other than that, it was a nice resort in a good location. Oh, and we didn't go to the presentation, I have learned through bitter experience to avoid them like the plague!

We stayed at Cypress Pointe for 7 nights from 4 Jan 07 til 11 Jan 07. First time staying at resort and would definately go back again. The close proximity of the resort to all theme parks is a bonus. We stayed in a 1BR unit in the Grand Villas (Phase 2) which suited our needs fine, however I wouldn't recommend it for any more than two people. We also liked how close you are to a variety of restaurants, most of which are within easy walking distance. Didn't use the pool, but did use hot tub on a few occasions.

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment in the original part of Cypress pointe. We found the accommodation excellent. Eventually got used to not having the bathroom area of the master bedroom screened off. The resort had daily activities available and this was posted in the reception area and on a board at the entrance to buildings. Access to amenities of cypress grande villas wasn't a problem. The kids loved the volcano pool. They really enjoyed the slides but a note of caution some times you had kids just not waiting for the area to be clear and coming down the slides, saw some close shaves. Pizza place on site reasonably priced and a new coffee shop area is opening soon. What sells this place is the location its so convenient for all parks and shopping outlets. Be careful when using the resort phones very pricey and calls to nearby areas are not classed as local. We really enjoyed cypress pointe and would certainly go again.

This resort now comprises the original Cypress Pointe and the newer Grande Villas which are run as separate businesses but share facilities. We stayed at the Grand Villas and could not fault it. Fantastically located for all the parks with easy access to I4.

An excellent apartment type hotel in a good location. Well run and very clean and tidy. Two good size pools, and an excellent onsite shop with a good takeaway meal service make this the perfect place to stay as an alternative to a villa. All kitchen facilities are supplied and there is plenty of room for a large family.
There are loads of good shops and eateries nearby.
This was our first time staying at this complex and we would have no hesitation to stay here again. Overall it was excellent.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cypress Pointe, so much so that we are going to stay here again for Christmas.
The resort itself is close to Downtown Disney and lots of places to eat. Very easy to get to all major theme parks.
We stayed in a 2 bedroomed condo and there was plenty of room for our family, 2 DD's, myself and DH.
