Called into DTD on the way to the airport and breakfasted with the Earl. First visit and impressed enough with both the service and the food on offer. I like the way that the sandwiches are wrapped in foil even when you are eating on the premises ensuring that they are piping hot, an infrequent delight in Florida in my experience! My only gripe is with the quality of the coffee, weak and uninspiring |

we poped in here for a bite to eat when in DTD.
we found the fountain drinks far cheaper than the bottles, and you can get a few crafty refills
food was good, and decent portion.
tables cleaned and turned around quickly

We went to the Earl of Sandwich in Disney Village a couple of times in Mid September. The service was always quick and the restaurant always seemed clean.
On the first occasion I had The Full Montague which was fantastic, the bread was soft, warm and had absorbed all the juices from the beef to make it even extra tasty. Gemma had the Tomato Soup which was thick and full of flavour. Unlike normal 'out of tin' type soup it tasted like freshly ripened tomatoes. The only criticism of it is the size of the portion, it comes in a by small bowl and would benefit from possibly having a larger size. |

Have previously have visited here in the past while at DTD but only for drinks and cups of fruit/cookie for my son and sat outside. One night on our last visit dad and kids went for ice cream at Ghirardelli's which i dont eat so i decided i would try a sandwich from Earls as i had heard so much about them. I ordered just a plaln salad/veg one with no cheese /egg etc and it came in foil and it was just lovely. |

Food was good, though found it quite difficult to hear what the servers were saying when asking them what we could have on the plan (Am deaf in one ear). When I asked them to repeat, because I was not sure what they had said, the reply was quite short. We could not seem to see the salad pots they said we could have with the sandwich, so ended up buying a salad meal extra. Fortunately we had meals left over from our DDP plan. Drink was instantly replaced though when one of my sons dropped their drink.
Would probably eat here again if in Downtown Disney and wanted a counter service meal. |

Visited 3 times, it was so good!
Tuna Melt is the best, but anything else on menu looks good. It looks totally swamped all the time however the queue moves very quickly and it is a well oiled machine. The small tubs of slaw, potato salad etc are great as well and with a sandwich are a full meal on their own.
Great value and would highly recommend. |

The surprise package of our holiday - we arrived at DTD at lunch time and were considering where to eat when we stumbled upon the Earl. All 5 of us choose sandwiches and everyone fully enjoyed theirs. I had a BLT which was one of the nicest i've ever had. It was very filling and add in the free refills this was the best value meal we had in Orlando. We be back on our next visit. Brillant. |

Awesome sandwiches! Very busy though and the staff were a little unhelpful with to regards to what you could get on the Dining Plan.
I had the Breakfast BLT, Cannonballs, The Full Montague. All superb. |

I LOVED this place. The queue can be very large but don't let that put you off - it moves really quickly. They have a really good selection of sandwiches that are all the same price ($6) and they are really big. I had the tuna melt which was so so so good! They also offer salads and wraps. You can see them preparing everything freshly in front of you as you move along the line. I would recommend this place 100% and it was so good we ate here 3 nights in a row! |

The choice of sandwiches here hot or cold is amazing, lovely fresh ingredients and concoctions that you didn't think to put together in a sandwich are there, only one problem is making your mind up what type bread etc.
Endless choice.

Ate here twice for breakfast. Both times were really good. Very tasty sandwiches and fantastic choice. I had a breakfast one on 1 visit and tuna melt on another and both were gorgeous and very filling. I wouldn't recommend this place if you're coeliac as the only option was a fruit cup but otherwise a nice meal. |

Lovely sandwiches - favourites being the tuna melt and the hot beef and horseradish. Nice to have a fruit cup as part of the QSDP ( we get fed up with the usual choice of chocolate cake or carrot cake). Big q's, but stick with it as it moves quickly. |

We went here after reading the reviews on the Dibb. It was packed solid and as a result the tables werent the cleanest they could have been. The staff were not as friendly or helpful as I had imagined and lacked the "Disney Charm". However the sandwich was lovely and I would go back for this reason alone. |

We both had the 'Holiday sandwich'- turkey, cranberry, stuffing and it was absolutely gorgeous! Although not a massive portion, it still really filled us up and we wished we had tried this place sooner so we could have tried some of the other options. It does get really busy and the staff seemed a bit on edge due to the number of customers- they really don't get a chance to stop at all, but were still friendly enough despite the huge crowds of people waiting. |

OK I admit it - I don't "get" Earl and the reviews it gets. The sandwiches are good but I don't find them anything special to other good fast food (burgers aside) I have in Disney or even compared to my local Italian Deli opposite my place of work. I hate the Q even if it does move fast and I have the stress of having to find somewhere to sit to eat - give me Wolfgang Pucks Express any day over this place.
That said I will continue to eat here IF I'm there early and during a quiet time then I find I enjoy it even more! Oh and why do people rave about the chocolate brownies here? Hmmm clearly they have never had Pret a Manger Chocolate Brownies LOL |

There is a decent variety of sandwiches, soup, salads or fruit cups etc to choose from. We were there a couple of times during the holiday and loved the food.
Can be busy so it is useful to get someone to secure a table while you queue and can be confusing that the bottle drinks are out with the queuing area so grab them first.
Overall a great place to get a delicious snack. |

We visited the Earl of Sandwich for lunch on a busy and hot August day. There was a large queue which went down pretty quickly. My daughter and i chose the chicken caesar salad and my husband had a BLT and my daughters boyfriend had a meatball sandwich. Everything we chose was delicious and I have to say the salad was one of the tastiest chicken Caesars I gave ever had. The portions were large and surroundings comfortable and clean. We would most definitely return. |

We ate here on more occasions than any other eatery on our recent trip. Everyone loved the range of good quality food and others have stated the queue can get bit big but they move quickly and staff kept an eye on making sure people got served quickly. Loved the iced coffees and the range of soups - great for lunch when its too hot for a big meal but you want a break from shopping at DTD. |

After reading all the rave reviews on here we thought we seek out the Earl of Sandwich for an evening snack. We went inside and the queues were horrendous and they were hardly moving. The unoccupied tables were dirty and the people eating sandwiches looked like they were eating mostly bread, with very little else. We gave up waiting and doubt we'll be heading back as its put us off, which is such a shame as they obviously can do better judging by all the positive comments on here. |

Bit of a late review- We loved it here, the soup and sandwich combo was so so filling and perfect if you didn't fancy having a large sit down meal. We went of the Christmas Period so it was busy, very busy, but found it clean and the food always tastey. Like others have said this is the BEST counter service in WDW. Only issue is the wife really wanted the Chicken Noodle soup and by the time we got there they had run out. |

This restaurant gets very busy as the day unfolds.
We go at least once during our stay in the early morning for a ham and egg sandwich with a cup of tea for breakfast. They are part of the Disney dining plan, however their pricing is reasonable and the food well presented.
Best place for a sandwich only coming second to Boulangerie Patisserie in Epcot's French world. |

Always try to visit at least once every trip. Familiarity with the place does help as there are so many options and the choices for a large family can cause some confusion when adding on extras. Getting drinks and deserts can become chaotic at busy times so you need to have your wits about you and shout up if your order gets delayed. Having said that, now we're used to 'the system' we always have an enjoyable experience, but if the weather allows - and it usually does - then be prepared to take your food outside to eat it rather than wait for a table. |

Really enjoyed it here, DW had a capricosa (mozarella and tomato) and thought it quite good, but not quite subway. I had the Beef n' Bleu and thought it fantastic, especially with the mustard on it as well, DW agreed and tried to swap me for her's.
Very good value, but don't go expecting a little light sandwich. They are heavy substantial one's that filled us up so much that we skipped dinner that night. |

A definite must if you haven't tried it.We had to restrain ourselves from keeping going and rationed ourselves to 3 times this holiday. The tuna melt was a hit with one son, pizza sandwich with the other, beef and bleu for me and the 'full montagu' for DH. Note to self : try a different sandwich next time... |

Being frustrated at nearly 2 hour wait for Rainforest cafe we tried this as a quick alternative.Pleasantly surprised as food very good quality with lots of choice and yummy smoothies.Definately saves queing for sit down service. |

Thought the sandwiches and other stuff on offer here was excellent, good choice and very high quality. Great place to grab a quick bite while strolling round the Disney Village Marketplace, we ate in, very pleasant and as usual in Disney, clean. |

By far one of the food highlights of our last trip. We all had sandwiches that we loved and the tomato soup I had was the best I ever tasted. It came with huge croutons and could have been a meal in itself. |

Great prices for great food. Staff were friendly and were happy to accomodate my son's choice of sandwich filling which was not on the menu. |

This is in my opinion the best counter service restaurant in WDW. The sandwiches are fresh, great quality and extremely tasty. It is well worth making the journey just to taste one of their great sandwiches |
