I had the same problem with my daughter who changed her email address so had her showing twice and like you could find no way of deleting her old invite. Phoned uk WDW number and they did get her deleted so back to what it should be. They put me through to a web dept. does seem to be more problems on this vacation than ever before but presumed it was due to everything linking to disney experience hiccups.
