We got ours before postal applications were allowed from the office on Boggy Creek Road on our way from the airport. It's just off Junction 17 of the Greeneway 417. The office is easy to find and park at and the process was simple although some staff are not familiar with the procedure yet.

I think in future I would apply by post so that we didn't have the stress of trying to get to the tax office before it closed straight from the airport.
