I have managed to check in doing virgin's OLCI ...our seats were pre-selceted and were still "there"....I then checked in and got checkin confirmation but I cannot get any response when I ask to print boarding pass.

...it won't even let me email the boarding pass to me either.
Checked back on my booking and now the seat map is unavailable.
Have rung Virgin and we still have our seats.....just a bit frustrating not to have our boarding passes issued.
...........anyone else had this happen - do you think its worth trying again later ...its been 2 hours now, and still not able to print them ?
