OLCI-Checked in But Won't Print Boarding Pass

I have managed to check in doing virgin's OLCI ...our seats were pre-selceted and were still "there"....I then checked in and got checkin confirmation but I cannot get any response when I ask to print boarding pass....it won't even let me email the boarding pass to me either.

Checked back on my booking and now the seat map is unavailable.
Have rung Virgin and we still have our seats.....just a bit frustrating not to have our boarding passes issued.

...........anyone else had this happen - do you think its worth trying again later ...its been 2 hours now, and still not able to print them ?

If you can't print them off use the kiosk's near the normal check-in desks all you do is scan your passport and they print them off for you. HTH Bexy

It really doesn't matter that you weren't able to print it off. Just get them to print them for you at bag drop.

I always do OLCI in the UK and print off my boarding pass - each time at check-in, they've replaced my printed one with a proper one without being asked.

Over in Orlando, I don't have access to a printer, but still do OLCI. When I check in at DTD or Orlando airport, I just say I checked in online and could not print the boarding pass - they just say no problem and print one off.

and if you stand at the kiosk, passport in had, and scratching your head, the Virgin staff will do it for you

We've only printed them once at home and they were replaced at bag drop. We don't bother printing now - as has been said, you can get them at bag drop.

Regards,
