So now for a catch up

Readers of my Florida trippie will already know that on a soggy evening back in May 2009, on the viewing deck of the California Grill after the wishes fireworks Adam proposed!



Lucky girl that I am we then took a ‘taming of a brideszilla’ trip in October 2010, this time to DLP



Then on Saturday 111th June 2011 we got MARRIED!

Anyway I digress.

This honeymoon had been in the planning just as long as the wedding. We settled on a date of the 17th June to give us time to recover from the wedding and sort out our job handovers.

Over the two years planning we settled on the following ‘plan’

San Francisco
5 nights staying at the Sheraton Fisherman’s Wharf.
Sight seeing to include: biking the bridge, aquarium at the bay, Alcatraz (night tour), California Academy of Sciences, Gourmet Food Tour and a few days seeing as many famous spots as possible! Restaurants booked before we went: Gary Danko and Slanted Door

Las Vegas
4 nights staying at the MGM Signature resort.
Sight seeing to include: ‘Strip activities’, at least one show, Grand Canyon sunset helicopter landing flight & Scoot City Tours trip to red rock canyon.
Restaurants booked before we went: Strip Steak & Canaletto

Anaheim
3 nights staying at the Sheraton Park Hotel.
Sight seeing to include: … DISNEY!

Los Angeles
4 night staying at L’Ermitage.
Sight seeing to include: ‘hop on hop off tour’, Santa Monica Beach/Pier, Rodeo Drive, Universal Studios, Warner Bros VIP tour.
Restaurants booked before we went: Spago

We’d originally planned to end with Disney since that’s where my journey to becoming a Mrs had started but we worked out this would mean being at Disney during 4th of July celebrations so we thought better of it and decided to move it before LA

Ok have now caught up as DD's are tucked up in bed snoring their heads off This sounds a bit like a trip we took in 2001 so am really looking forward to reading
