Yes that's a good point - can't wait till the first reports come in then the excitement levels will really start to build!

I really want to get my gold status so was trying to see if I could fit in another 2 cruises after our NYE one but I don't think the boyfriend will go for it

I posted this list on the other thread just to give a scoop of what can be done, if you have another let me/us know:

I'll share with you all a list of things we did on our last cruise, do note, we were over 80 people including adults, teens and children of all ages. We don't have to do them all or if anyone has anything else please mention it.

1.- Group Name: we chose Euro Mouseketeers

2.- Group Polo Shirt: We wore it on boarding day and in other gatherings

3.- Group Logo: used it in many things like door magnets, Polo shirt, etc.

4.- Silicone Glow in the dark wristbands: this is to identify ourselves all over the ship everyday.

5.- Fish Extender: requires a Fish Extender Captain

6.- Private Facebook page

7.- Web Page: we had it but didn't use it much

8.- Boarding day meet in Promenade Lounge at 3 pm.

9.- Cocktail/Wine taste

10- Port Excursions non Disney Cruise Line

11.- Cabbine Crowl: ladies only private party

12.- Sports Bar meet: men only (not a big requirement) party

13.- Scouts meet: boys and girls scouts traded pins and badges and scouts experiences

14.- Pre Cruise Dinner at Hard Rock Cafe Barcelona

Came back from Punta Cana, it was great, it was reaaly nice, but boy I'm so tired. Hard Rock Hotel is just too big.

Thing's are quiate around here.

Just to say hello and to resque this thread from the pits

Disney Fantasy is at Port Canaveral and now in a couple of weeks the Maiden Cruise will sail. That's what I'm hoping for new recruites to get things rolling here.

Hi Manny

How are you? I was very excited to see The Fantasy being christened and am looking forward to hearing about the inaugural cruise soon! I so wish I was on it!

I had a great time in Vancouver visiting my sister and my baby niece. Now my planning thoughts are turned to my trip in August! I'm glad I have that to look forward to else I would burst having to wait until December!

I have my accommodation either side of the cruise booked with my DVC points. We arrive the day before the cruise so have a night book in Bay Lake Tower - I suspect we will have dinner at California Grill and watch the fireworks.

Then at the moment I have the 7 nights after the cruise booked at saratoga Springs although I am hoping to change this to Beach Club or Boardwalk in June when my 7 month window opens up - fingers crossed!

Really glad you got to meet your nice in Vancouver.

I'm still on the plan to stay at the Yatch Club Resot since it's next door to Epcot before the cruise, haven't decided after the cruise yet.

We too have a mid year vacation, planning on going to Miami for a couple of weeks and also to see the Roger Water - The Wall Concert in Ft Lauderdale.

Wohoo! I am so jealous of all those peeps cruising on her at the moment - our cruise still feels so far away!

I'm just waiting for the start of June when I can try and change my DVC accommodation for the week after the cruise and then the start of July when I can book my ADRs!

Oh and of course September for when I can book some cruise stuff! Really hope we can get into Palo and Remy!

Manny you may have seen them already but I have found some fantastic trip reports of the inaugural cruise. There is one on allears by Laura Gilbreath who we met on the inaugural Alaskan cruise last year - lovely lady and her report is very detailed and informative.

All I can say is I absolutely canot wait for our cruise - the ship looks amazing and I don't think I will want to get off at the end of it!

I am especially excited about the bars in the Europa district - I can see me spending many hours in there of an evening!
