We got ours at 1.556 and should have waited a bit longer

We have two cards each a main and back up. We may get a friends and family one each next time and use that as the main card, just transferring an amount over every couple of days from the main spends account.

That way, if the friends and family card gets stolen or cloned, we still have the main funds untouched.

i think were getting 2 new separate cards for Tesco for the same amount (one being a back-up), and also i have a card for post office.
we'll just be loading a small amount prob $900 so not really affected by the exchange rate much.

We will do it this way and allocate each card for specific things, ie: shopping on one, meals on another just so we can keep a track on how much we've spent on each thing.

of course you can Sean, $900 is quite a small figure when divided by 7of us

Oh I remember it well, especially as we had budgeted our wedding out there at that rate the year before we went

I might just tell you it's cr*p even if it is glorious

You fly out the week after us judging by your countdown, so I'll def post and let you know. How long you going for?

We are staying in a villa at Rolling Hills and a few nights at the Boardwalk as a treat. We get it for less than a third of the cost thanks to our Michigan friend having DVC
