1st time plan - July with teenagers
Hi Dibbers, could you please look and give feedback on our plan. It will be our first and possibly only time so want to do as much as possible. My kids will be 13 and 16 so would probably be only interested in big rides at Disney:
Fri 10 July- arrive pm Sat 11 July - Magic Kingdom from rope drop to 3pm parade, back to hotel & evening Old Town car show Sun 12 July - Waterpark morning, afternoon & evening HS until fantasmic Mon 13 & Tue 14 July - Hard rock hotel, US and IOA Wed 15 July - Seaworld, evening Outta control magic show Thu 16 July - AK morning (main rides) then Wet n Wild Fri 17 July - morning relax/shop - afternoon evening MK -wishes Sat 18 July - Discovery Cove, evening fun spot Sun 19 July - Epcot Mon 20-24 July Clearwater (include visit to Busch Gardens) There is so much to fit in, is there anything I have missed or you would do differently Many Thanks |

Look at the busy day guide. If you are going to try and fit everything in it will help.

When you go to Seaworld if it is busy I would recommend getting quick queue for the rides or go early and get the rides done before it gets busy. My two love kraken and manta.

Looks good to me , if you can do BG on a weekday and get there for opening and you should get a good few rides done before the queues start.

That's the same age as my DD's were the last time we went 2013. It's a nice age as they are past the moaning about long days and can keep up with adults yet still love the magic
Plan looks good

Hi
Your kids will be fine now from dawn to dusk so make most of being out all day and night! Sleep is for wimps, and you can relax at the beach. See my comments below: Sat 11 July - Magic Kingdom from rope drop to 3pm parade, back to hotel & evening Old Town car show why not stay all day at MK to see fireworks, I reckon from begining to walk out of park to get to old town, you are looking at 90 - mins (monorail, tram, car, traffic, traffic lighst, park up) ? Sun 12 July - Waterpark morning, afternoon & evening HS until fantasmic we found waterparks are so good did not leave until 4/5pm! - I woudl go on evening out on thsi day Mon 13 & Tue 14 July - Hard rock hotel, US and IOA Wed 15 July - Seaworld, evening Outta control magic show Thu 16 July - AK morning (main rides) then Wet n Wild there is losds to see at MK, wet and wild is miles away and is not a patch on disney waterparks (although has good slides is just concrete!), personally I woudl just plan to stay in AK until you are sick and then go for nice meal, or drive round to the boardwalk fro eve. Fri 17 July - morning relax/shop - afternoon evening MK -wishes swap thsi day fro full day at HS plus fantasmic, if you have seen wishes. Sat 18 July - Discovery Cove, evening fun spot Sun 19 July - Epcot Mon 20-24 July Clearwater (include visit to Busch Gardens) hope my commenst help have a great holiday Mark |

Not been in July but have been in August and found it rained most afternoons. So I would do waterparks on a morning., then if the rain hits, you can leave and go elsewhere.
We loved the rain, it was quite funny seeing the Americans running out of the parks as though they were going to melt! We often found the queues were much smaller once the rain stopped and the sun came out again. |
