Flying Virgin/Who can use Twilight Check in
If we are flying with Virgin but not using Virgin Holidays can you still use Twilight check in and the DTD check in or not?

Yes, you can use both, however there is a charge to use DTD. Last time we went it as $10 each per person, but well woth it.

Make sure that you get to Gatwick before it opens at 12 noon as it can get busy. South Terminal Zone A.

Just for your information, DTD Check-In costs $10 per person.
Flying Club Gold, Upper Class and Virgin Holidays customers may use this service free of charge. Opening Times: 8:15am until 1pm The use of DTD Check In is for the return flight only and twilight check-in will not restrict your use of the DTD Check-In |

We were going to use this service at DTD last week but we decided to just check in on line instead and got the seats which we wanted at no extra cost. We couldn't see the point in paying $50.00 just to get rid of the bags early!

getting rid of the bags is the best bit... you can then go to a park or shopping, etc and as you already have boarding cards and no luggage you can spend more of your time enjoying the last day of Orlando as opposed to the airport...

Not a problem
The only way DTD would be effective is if you have an early check-out from a hotel and don't have a car or don't want the queue's at the airport, which I can understand. I think it's a good idea in this case or if you are Flying Club Gold or a VH Customer. |

If you have a car you can leave bags in thee trunk but must then of course get to the airport in time to check things in.
