May 2015 Plan! What do you think?

Hi everyone, we are three adults (me, my mum and my aunt) and three children (my cousins, aged 10,8,5) travelling to Florida for the first time in May 2015.
We're staying 2 weeks on site at OKW (2-bed villa) with DDP and another three nights at RPR. We're also spending a night at Clearwater Beach toward the middle of our trip.
We have the Disney 14-day ultimate tickets and Universal 2-day base tickets plus extra day free from Undercover Tourist.
We've done a basic itinerary and would be interested in any feedbacks!

Here we go:

Day 1 (Thurs)
Arrive at Orlando Int Airport at 3pm
Check-in at Old Key West Resort
Have some pool time if we're not too tired
Dinner at Good's Food to Go

Day 2 (Fri)
Breakfast at Chef Mickey 7am
RD Magic Kingdom
Collect hired car and drive to Walmart for some supplies

Day 3 (Sat)
RD Animal Kingdom
Lunch at Sanaa 12pm (will head back to AK after that)

Day 4 (Sun)
RD Epcot
Lunch at Chefs de France 12pm

Day 5 (Mon)
Typhoon Lagoon
Evening at Downtown Disney
T-Rex Cafe for dinner 6pm

Day 6 (Tue)
RD Hollywood Studios
Lunch at Sci-Fi Dine-In 12pm

Day 7 (Wed)
Magic Kingdom
Breakfast at Cinderella Royal Table 8am
Evening at Epcot World Showcase (snacking around the world for dinner!)

Day 8 (Thur)
Breakfast at Boma at 8:30am
Shop at Premium Outlets
Head to Clearwater Beach and spend the night there (Holiday Inn Clearwater Beach)
Dinner at Frenchy's
Watch the sunset from the beach or our balcony if the kids are too tired

Day 9 (Fri)
Breakfast at Clear Sky Cafe
Little Toot boat ride at 11am
Head back to OKW after the boat ride
Dinner at Be Our Guest 6:30pm
End our night with Wishes (will have FPs for MSEP and Wishes)

Day 10 (Sat)
Sleep In!
Breakfast at Wolfgang Puck Express (if we can make it)
Downtown Disney or pool time after breakfast
Epcot by 2pm
Early dinner at Garden Grill 4pm

Day 11 (Sun)
Mini Golf in the morning (would ditch this if the kids prefer some pool time instead)
Hollywood Studios by 12pm
Lunch at Mama Melrose's (any ADR time is fine)
Dinner at Beaches and Cream 6pm (OOP)
Have a relaxing stroll around the Boardwalk before heading back to HS for Fantasmic.

Day 12(Mon)
Blizzard Beach
Dinner at Boma 4:30pm

Day 13 (Tue)
RD Magic Kingdom
Lunch at Crystal Palace 12pm
Evening at Downtown Disney

Day 14 (last full day at WDW) Wed
RD Magic Kingdom (again)
Early dinner at Hoop-Dee-Doo Revue 4pm
Head over to Epcot after dinner and end our night with Illuminations

Day 15 (Thurs)
Check-out of OKW
Last minute shopping at Downtown Disney
Check-in at Royal Pacific Resort
Pool time in the evening

Day 16 (Fri)
Universal Studios

Day 17 (Sat)
Islands of Adventure
Dinner at Hard Rock Cafe

Day 18 (Sun)
Morning to early afternoon - US or IOA
Check-out of RPR
Home time!

Looks great! My kids last year were 9,7&6, they were knackered when we landed. They slept in the car from Mco to the villa. When we got there we jumped in the pool and went to Walmart. Half way round they were like zombies. dont think they would have managed a meal out

The only thing I would change is to stay at Clearwater on Friday as there is a lovely market on the pier

Sounds fantastic, we did one week at OKW last year and loved it.

Don't expect Goods Food to Go to be very good though, might be better off taking the boat to DTD and grabbing something there if you're up to it.

Not jealous at all

Be careful going to hollywood studios at lunchtime when it could potentially be Star Wars weekend. It will be rammed.

That's a good point, we usually go in May & it is manic during the S/W Weekends.

Also another point, if you use the Disney transport to get around make sure you allow plenty of time to get everyone from A to B. We went this year in a large family group & where as before with just the 2 of us we didn't give it a second thought - logistically it was a bit of a nightmare & made things more stressful

Thanks everyone for your advice and help!
Will certainly take it easy on our arrival day and just grab a burger from good's to go if we're feeling hungry.
We're pretty much set on the date for Clearwater as having read that it gets crowded on friday evening and weekends with the locals...so have to give the pier market a miss then...
Thanks for the tips about Star Wars weekends. Ya, we're mostly going for the SWW as two of the kids are big SW fans. Will definitely arrive HS earlier then leave when the park gets too busy.
Also, we'll have our rental car to get around WDW so transportation should not be a problem.
