If and when BA and virgin have a sale that includes Florida..how much can I usually expect to be off flights...say flights that are now £500?

Anyone know If and When they are likely to have a sale for next late Aug?

THe only person who knowes that is Derren Brown!

August flights on BA phew, loaded question that! Ba are actively seeking to fill the economy seats as Business no longer are filled. thus they are discounting where necessary. Unfortunately for us, its not necessary for Orlando or tampa flights as they are already very strong in the back of the bus. Its the front that suffering.

So there might be a sale around christmas time, might not. Flights will be around £450 - £475 for late august if they do have the sale then. £375-£425 for late sept and other off peak times.

but only if this year is anything to go by.

In the Jan sale this year, TPA flights were priced from just on and over £300 for October.

Its been on for a while and its not a sale, in genuines terms. They haven't discounted anything that I have searched for. For example the London to Bucharest route, which has recently become quite competative with a lot of no frills airlines adding the route, is no cheaper than its ever been.
