Funnel Cake at Epcot, Frozen Banana at Animal Kingdom,Popcorn at Magic Kingdom, Marshmallows covered in chocolate and sprinkles on a Mickey Mouse straw at Hollywood Studios and I know it's not a snack but Coke Freestyle at Universal.

Dippin dots at the non Disney parks. Cinnamon bun at mk, a Turkey leg (I've only had this at seaworld but I think they do them at mk). At epcot try the kakigori too

Mickey ice cream at MK is traditional (like a magnum with ears). As you’re at Epcot in October, you’ll be in snack heaven, there’s hundreds of them at the Food & Wine festival.

If you do get a Funnel Cake get one to share as they are quite big. Also dipping dots & ice cream cookie sandwiches!
