Florida in Late May/June
Hi guys
I've just returned back from a two week trip to NYC and Orlando on Friday and had a ball. I hvae already booked Turkey for two weeks next September but still want to head to Orlando but was looking at May/June. In all my time of going to florida I have never been that time of year. I need your help 1) what is the average price you would pay for this time of year - 3 adults (always LBV) 2) best to book separately or Package - i found some good deals on expedia last night 3) Scottish Airports - do not want to travel down south for flights. Keen to try virgin from Edi nburgh or Glasgow but do not know what time of the year they depart from. Do NOT want to fly thomas cook - that is imperative. Happy to do a stopover i.e. BA to LGW or Continental to NYC or something? Thanks very much H

Getting Excited
|
Hi there fellow Edinburger In answer to your questions:-
1. I wouldn't want to pay any more than £550 for a flight, we always book when flights are first released so manage to get a good price. We stay at a villa which is around £500 a week at this time of year. Sorry cannot comment on LBV prices. 2. If you have found a deal you are happy with I would just book it 3. Virgin don't fly from Edinburgh. We flew with them from Glasgow this May and the flights were good. We paid around £500 for the flights and looked to fly again with them next year but they are so much more expensive. Haven't seen the prices under £600 for early May. We have booked with TC at £470 Inc seats, meals and baggage. Virgin only fly from Glasgow on Saturday's and Sunday's so if you are going for 10 nights this won't work for you. Looks like you may need to go the indirect route. Have you tried looking at Skyscanner? If you view the whole month this will show you what days you can get flights on Hope this helps
