how about a universal hotel for the park benefits ( early entry and FOL passes)...stay one night and benefit for two days...then do a seaworld hotel for their park benefits too?
Or have a few days at the coast?

If you had planned on visiting US/IOA, I'd definitely book into one of the Universal hotels to gain the early entry and the FOTL passes (not Cabana Bay though as you don't get the FOTL).

If you're not bothered about US, I'd echo a trip to the coast, a few relaxing days on the beach

St. Petes beach is nice for a few days. Close to Busch and Tropicana Field.

Another vote for RPR universal, we are just back and had only one night there but it was great, we had two connecting rooms.

Would we have enough to do there for 3 or 4 nights?
