Virgin holidays car hire refundable?

I'm having a memory lapse is alamo booked through virgin holidays car hire refundable if I find it cheaper elsewhere down the line or the price drops?

Price was £375 the other week then £388 (didnt book as I couldn't make up my mind and thought it might come down). Its now £396 (still the cheapest) but just want to get something booked. Cheers.

Both VA and VH offer free cancellations. It's in their T & C's but just check as I don't think it goes right up to the date of hire. Maybe a week or so before, not sure.
