Memory maker photos on digital photo frame

For some reason I can't get our memory maker photos to display on our digital photo frame. The seem to be in same format as the pics we took (JPEG) but they won't display. All I can think is that Disney have put some protection on them?

They are yours to use as you want. You get a full release with them.

Are they Jpeg rather than jpg?

Or too large for the frame?

You can open them with editing software. Resize them. Make a copy etc. If you use Picasa try exporting them to a slightly smaller file size

Thanks for the reply. Tried all that and it's still not working. Probably just a rubbishy frame.

How are you uploading them? are you using USB or SD card? it may be that the card is not formatted.

Does it work with other photos?

Hi, yes it is working with all photos apart from the ones from memory maker. Re formatted the sd card and also put the photos directly onto the internal memory of the photo frame but to no avail.
