Orlando City - Citrus Bowl parking

Hi, we are taking in the Orlando city match against Chicago on the 29th and am thinking of pre booking parking via Ticketmaster . Has anyone parked at the citrus bowl? Any thoughts as to the best garage for getting back to Disney as quickly as possible? I have seen some comments cautioning parking in the surrounding area, so think I will err on the side of caution.

Edited at 08:40 PM.

When we went a few weeks ago, we parked at Texas Fried Chicken. It is on the corner of the Orange Blossom Trail & West South Street.

It cost $20 (same as official parking) & we got out quicker than a lot of traffic in the official parks.

You still need to queue to get onto the OBT afterwards, but then we picked up the 408 toll road & followed it to the 192. Take a look on google Maps.

Be aware that food & drink inside the stadium is very expensive, so you might want to get something before entering. HTH

I was in lot 6 last night. Was back onto I4 less than 5 minutes after getting back into the car., there's a route signposted strraight there, think it took me to jct 81a. I'd used 80b down Orange Blossom Trail to get there.

Lot 6 is basically just a field, lots of orange mud on the carpets in the car this morning after all the rain!

we also have tickets booked for the match on the 29th - do you just go on the ticket master website to book parking?

Yes, that's all I did. You can choose which lot you want.

Lovely, thank you. From your experience - any particular lot to use/avoid?

What concerns are there about parking elsewhere? Will probably go for the official parking, but is it busy getting there and do we need to allow extra time in traffic

The stadium isn't in one of Orlandos greatest neighborhoods.
