Well my advice to you as you are unsure and apprehensive is to make sure you book your flights either direct with the airline or use a reputable online company such as expedia or ebookers. I use the both, for years, always good prices and excellent. As for your villa, take a look at Flip Key part of Trip Advisor or HomeAway part of Expedia, it will give you an idea of prices etc. if you want a more resort type property, such as time share condos, which have shared pools, restaurants, bars etc and are all very near the parks, then research them online as Orlando timeshares and then search for them on booking.com or expedia etc for prices ..I can give you advice on timeshare properties as I have stayed in a lot of them. An extra tip is possibly fly to Tampa instead of Orlando International. I booked flights yesterday for 20th Aug for 2 weeks to Tampa, going to drive to Orlando, for £416 from Birmingham. Lots of deals to be found if you don't mind researching

No matter were you book your villa from make sure you talk with the owner so you can get a feel for them, and make sure you ask any questions you have no question is silly and any owner should happily answer any question you ask.

Renting a villa for the first time can be daunting, if you have dates in mind for flights just ask the villa owner if they would also hold a couple of days either side of your dates so you have some flexibility when booking flights if you want to book the villa first that is, most owners will be happy to do this as long as the dates either side are available and not already booked.

There is a sticky at the top of the accommodation forum which you should have a read through.

Have fun choosing a great place to stay.

Definitely try the Dibb villa request section
State intended dates, number in party and anything you need /would prefer from the villa and villa area
Dibb villa owners (all villas are privately owned ) give a great personal service and friendly communcation!
You will likely get a variety of quotes, and can then choose exactly where you want to stay..and ask any questions you need of the owner , or even on the open forum!
You can be sure the Dibber reviews on the ads are genuine comments from Dibb guests
Good luck with your plans!
But do act quickly since the next years villas are being snapped up fast!

We aren't going till next May so I'm sure I'll have lots of questions lol
We've used Windsor Palms & are using them again for our next holiday, they are lovely villas in a gated community with lots of facilities including a small cinema room

We always stay at Highlands Reserve and always book villa separately and flights direct with Virgin. Wouldn't do it any other way
