Roll away or crib?
Hi
We have booked to stay at Pop century(V.holidays) when my son will be 2yrs 5 months old. I have just noticed on our booking we requested a roll away bed. Hmmmmm what is a roll away bed? Is it low on the floor? Would we be better changing it to a cot? Im not sure what he will need at that age he is only 16 months right now! Thanks!

Im not sure about Disney, but have used "roll away" beds in Lanzarote, yes its a bed which rolls out from under the main bed, ours had legs on that can be used to make it the same height, or you can just leave it low down for your toddler. Im sure someone else will be along that has stayed at Disney to confirm though.

Im sure at 2 1/2 your son will be ok in a bed. My DD was at that age, slept fine in a "big girls" bed. Just put some extra pillows around the bed (if its low down) in case he rolls.

A rollaway bed in the same as our folding or Z beds . It is not a trundle bed and nothing to do with any other bed.

Does he sleep in a cot at home? If he does, then request a crib (cot), if not, then you don't need a roll away bed, the room will have 2 beds in it already.
