Dole Whip or Float?

Hello all!

So I am trying to make a list of snacks I would like to try, and I have a question about Dole Whip / Floats.

Which is better? I don't mind pineapple juice in small doses;

Do you drink or eat Dole Float with a spoon? I can never work it out from the pictures!

TIA

Dole whips are amazing!

You get a spoon and a straw, so eat the ice cream off of the top and suck the juice from the bottom until its all melted.

These are great for cooling down on a hot day, but be prepared to queue...so worth it though

The float! Tried it rather than just the whip this year and it was fab!

We were all distinctly underwhelmed by them. Soft serve frozen dessert on top of pineapple juice. We all love pineapple as well, but this was yuck. The queue was massive on one side, but the other window was practically empty. Glad we tried it but we won't be getting another one.

I found a lot of snacks we were looking forward to trying, were a let down. If only they tasted as good as they looked.

Funnel Cake - greasy and just tasted awful.

Red Velvet Cupcake from Starring Rolls, looked delicious but hardly had any flavour to it.

Two of the things we all really enjoyed and would definitely get again were: KakiGori and Norwegian School Bread. Both from Epcot.

Good excuse though to keep trying lots of different snacks. 😃

We had floats, the "whip" part starts to melt pretty fast in 35 degree heat, so it is nice to have it mix into the juice. Plus the drink feels more refreshing than the top part.

The queue wasn't that bad and they had 3 windows serving, we sat nearby on the floor, in shade and enjoyed them.

I enjoyed funnel cake too. The only thing we didn't try was a mickey bar because chocolate melts fast but the biscuit version with two mickey shaped biscuits with ice cream was delicious.

My all time favourite was Minute Maid frozen strawberry lemonade and a close second, Minute maid frozen lemonade. Not sweet, lovely and tangy. And big enough to share.

I tend to go for a float usually because I need a drink by the time we get to Aloha Isle!
