Thomas Cook - Manage your booking online HELP!
I'm trying to manage my booking online with flythomascook but cannot log in.
I called a few days ago and amended my flights, (I added an extra 7 days ) I then received an email saying I needed to re confirm my flights online, I also wanted to check our seats together had be transfered. It just will not let me log in, keeps referring me to a phone number, but they are only open 9-5.30pm, I cant call between those hours as I work (had a day off last week when I did call). Am I doing it properly? Im using this link: book.flythomascook/help/?default My booking reference starts S149**** PLEEEEEASE HELP, this is driving me insane!

Did you book online or go in to a travel agent?
We booked through Thomas Cook travel agent and we don't have access to viewing the details online. The only place where I can log in and view/book seats is on thomascookapi.com. Edited at 09:24 PM. |

you can also book options / select seats via thomascookairlines.
You may find if you log on that you will be able to check your seat selection on there. Mine are showing. |
