Additional card holder Pin

Hi, my daughter is an additional card holder my my virgin atlantic credit card account (white). I'm trying to get her PIN number on my account online, but it's only showing an option for me to see mine. As both of our card numbers are exactly the same, does this mean our PIN is exactly the same. It shows her clearly as an additional card holder, but no option to view another PIN. I'm sure I remember her having a different one before, but she hasn't used it in a while, so doesn't remember. Thanks

Additional card holders do have their own PIN numbers, she should also have her own user name.
If you're logging in with your user name it will only show the details for your own PIN.
IIRC you need to enter the D.O.B if you want to view the other number if you select the forgotten details button

I recently found that on the new Virgin Credit Cards I had to register even though I am an additional card holder on my husbands account, only then could I see the PIN.
