Just wanted to say a massive thanks to troy who deals with the Rosen hotels.

He's been amazing answering my endless list of questions haha
He even sorted us out with complimentary parking.

Can't thank him enough and if your ever considering staying at the rosen and need help he's great!

Troy deals with all the Rosen properties and is fantastic.He always gives us our preferred room at the Rosen International when we email him.

It's the Rosen Shingle Creek Ericsmum but he deals with all the Rosens.

Another positive report for Troy from us. We go next week and were booked at the rosen Centre, but our stay clashes with the AKC show - the US Crufts! Lots of dogs staying at the hotel as its adjoining the convention center. Unfortunately, I am allergic to animal fur and this threatened to wreck our holiday.

One email to Rosen and Troy sorted a move to Shingle Creek with a "nice room" with good views as we had arranged for high floor with views at our other hotel.

Used Rosen and Clarion for our last three visits and always had great service. This forthcoming visit has given us great service before we have even left the UK.

Another positive for troy here. We stayed Rosen in at pointe, emailed before we went with some room requests and received a lovely email. Requests met when we checked in too!

Well Troy didn't let us down. Arrived last night and our room is stunning with views over the pools and golf course. Cannot fault the customer service and attention from Rosen.
