Dollar car hire at mco

Hi just a question on insurance.I booked my holiday through broadway and recieved my car voucher today. When i booked this i specifically stated that i wanted the best insurance i can get.My voucher does not state what insurance i have,it does state that its with dollar and it also states that i have an extra driver.Does this mean i have the top insurance with a tank of petrol or not? Also it doesnt state about cdw, does this exist anymore as when i went years ago i was stung for hundreds of dollars for this when i picked up my car.Im starting to get in a tizz about this now as i want everything to go smoothly cos this is the holiday to replace the holiday i should of had with tcd.So i want everthing to work out nicely for me,any help would really be appreciated.

I have used Broadway many times and although they are cheap they sometimes get it wrong. Phone the help line with your booking no and get them to check it and email you the answer.
To be perfectly honest if they have booked you the lower of the two insurances they have done you a favour as the insurance is the same, the only difference is the fuel.
At last estimate you have saved about £30. All you do is fill up on the way to the Airport and give them the receipt when you hand the car back.

I thought they were abysmal and always worked it to my advantage by being upgraded on the next holiday etc.

But when I ended up in hospital the morning we were due to fly out to Florida they were great and gave me all the help I needed to get my refund through my insurance company.

Insurance wise you won't have a problem with either option.

However Dollar normally give at least one additional driver with the lower package, given this and the fact the there is no mention of the tank of gas would suggest you have this.

It isn't a problem and can save you money as mentioned above,
though personally I'd be more interested in knowing what policy I'd actually been charged for in the first place.
