Medical Equipment

Can anyone help please? I am staying in an AOA villa in August the problem I have is the key collection will be closed when we arrive which is ok but we have an oxygen concentrator to be delivered prior to my daughters arrival would anybody know if the key collection facility would cater for this or would we push to find out our villa a day or two before we arrive? I would appreciate any advise Thanks

If you know the management company details perhaps you could ask them if they could take delivery and have it in the villa for your arrival.
