DAS, maximum number in party?

Hi all,

Can anyone clarify the maximum number of companions per DAS card?

I think I have read in the past its 6 (including cardholder) but can't find anything now.

We are usually a family of four and my son gets a DAS card. This year nanny & granded we coming for the first time so just wanted to find out the above before we travel.

Thanks

You will be fine will 6.

It always used to be 6 but I have heard of them allowing larger groups. It doesn't seem to be specified anywhere (probably to give them more room for discretion) but you will definitely be fine with 6.

We used it with 7 last year with no problems, they put the number in your party on the pass.

We went last year with grandparents and 6 was fine.
We are going just the 4 of us this year. No problem hopefully.

Next year there may be 8/10 of us does anyone know if this would be ok?

Does anyone know if it is possible to get 10 on a das? We are all one family and planning a family reunion at wdw next year.

Hi, they do say 6 people but whilst I was wating in GS In MK in December the lady in front of my waltzed up to the desk & said I need my DAS for 8people and they gave it her no problem without question, so I asked for exactly the same to a different CM which I was told "sorry madam only 6" so I said well how come you've just given that lady one for 8, needless to say I was given a DAS for 8 so I think it probably depends on the individual CM

That doesn't surprise me. It would be nice if all cm went by the same rules and they also put them on the website...
A lot of rides it would be for only 6 as some wouldn't ride. Ee would only be 4 going on and space mountain and RnRC we wouldn't use das at all as son doesn't ride. However we would definitely need it for everyone for the trains in mk and AK etc.
Hopefully I could set it up in October 15 when I go, for October 16.
